1. Where are you located?

We are located in Wartburg, TN. We do not have a physical store as of right now, but we do set up at local festivals throughout the year! Make sure to like and follow us on Facebook to keep up with where we will be!

2. How does shipping work?

We ship in priority flat rate boxes through USPS. This helps us with cost, and ultimately, helps you get more for less as well! We will fit as much as possible in the smallest possible container. This means that the more you purchase, the less you end up paying per item in shipping. (One item in a mailer costs the same to ship as 4, and so on)

3. What goes into each bar of soap?

All of our ingredients are listed on and with each product, and also on our ingredients page here on our site.

4. I have sensitive skin, what can I do?

We strive to be able to provide at least one bar for every skin type. For extra sensitive skin, we recommend our Plain Jane bar, which is completely unscented and free of colorants. We have a Plain Jane Goat’s Milk bar and a Plain Jane Coconut bar.

5. What is your refund and return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and unused for health and safety reasons. Refunds are not available for products that did not work for you. Returns sent in their original condition will warrant store credit for the full amount spent originally (not including shipping). Little Village is not responsible for return shipping.

6. How can I try out samples?

We do not offer free samples, but we do have a sample page on our site! We offer individual samples as well as sample boxes. Be sure to check out all of our bundles and boxes when available!
